Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an unprecedented public health crisis that is affecting practically all consumers and small businesses. At GleemTech, our priority is keeping our technicians and clients safe. We will not provide service if we feel it is unsafe.

  1. Please do not schedule an appointment if you are feeling sick or have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). If you have already scheduled an appointment, please cancel it. Please click here for an updated list of symptoms at the CDC website.
  2. Our technicians will wear a mask for the duration of a visit, and we require that our clients do as well.
  3. Our technicians will disinfect all keyboards and mice/trackpads prior to commencing, and after finishing, a visit.
  4. Do you have a yard or other outdoor area where we can meet, prior to entering your home, so you can bring us up to speed on the nature of your support request? Having an initial meeting outdoors, rather than indoors, can help prevent the spread of the virus.
  5. We ask that you please maintain at least 6 feet of social distance during our visits. If you want to wait in a different room while we complete our work, that is fine.
